From a technical standpoint, do a test-run of your setup with a friend or relative on Skype to check that the lighting and audio volume comes across decent, you don't want to risk getting flustered being asked to adjust settings live during the interview.
Ideally, ensure you are sitting at a level where you are looking straight ahead at the camera rather than down into it, to improve your posture and eye contact. If you wear glasses, ensure the lighting doesn't appear to reflect off them. If it isn't specified in the contact you've had so far, find out if its an actual live interview with a person or a pre-recorded style interview where you are giving answers to questions that come up (they review the videos later). If it's the latter, do some run throughs of speaking into your setup at length, as it can feel quite unnatural to do this at first without a person in the other end, like how it feels a bit awkward leaving an answerphone message - so you want to get a little more comfortable doing that so your more smooth and confident. Have a notepad and pen nearby with important facts and figures, a well as prompts for standard interview questions like "Tell us about a time you've worked as part of a team to solve a problem" or whatever. Have a copy of your CV and/or whatever application information you sent them as well, so you know exactly what they have at their end on you. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Apparently it's both/neither. From the sounds of it, I'm answering questions that come up... but I have to do it live and only get one shot. --- A hero's role is one that cannot be forsaken, Caring for those with hearts that are breaking. ... Alright, well be prepared as best you can with five or six standard interview questions, do a little homework on the company itself so you can impress them that you've done your research of the opportunity comes up, and have a bottle of water nearby in case you get nervous and start to get a dry mouth. Good luck! What field of work is it in? ... Copied to Clipboard!

Put the camera on the floor, pointing up at you, surround it with some 8" tall fake trees, and set up audio processing to drop your voice by an octave and add tons of reverb.

Finance. Specifically a call centre dealing with credit payments. Though the guy was very rude when I called him up for more information and basically refused to answer any of my questions.
