Maybe sort of the same for me. I feel like they would cheap me on the cheese and sour cream. I always have to end up asking for more sour cream at least once. And more cheese at least twice... But not necessarily get my order wrong...

I've had the same problem. I personally make it a habit to never order double meat if I'm doing an online order because I've not received it multiple times. I love Chipotle, but their Subway-esque business model of "have as few people working as possible and make sure they give as little of everything as possible" is infuriating.

I've had the same problem. I personally make it a habit to never order double meat if I'm doing an online order because I've not received it multiple times. Subway does it a lot, too. They started making people use the little tubs for the shredded cheese. When I worked there, you just got a handful. That little tub is definitely not enough. They even do it with the spices. I also just wanna want till I get home to put salt, pepper, and oregano on because they act like theyll never get another shipment of it. And look at you weird when you ask for a little more...

That's how they get you too. It's a psychological tactic to make you not want to ask for more. I actually stopped going to Subway because the employees at the Subways in my area now weigh out the meat on a scale to get precise amounts. Honestly, if their goal is to make you feel like your business isn't wanted, they're doing a great job.

Yeah. Some of them are bad. I just try to make friends with the employees so they give me a little extra. It use to be easy. But not they switch through them so fast. It feels a whole new crew every time I go there...
