Well in all honesty, I wouldn't rate him since he's not actually a DC character! I guess I would likely give him a 50/100. There are a lot of nonsensical decisions from my perspective on his part, and the drag on the alien xenophobia droned on quite a bit. But the aspects of science and technology were starting to play up more, and that was good. Again, not a finished character so not really a finished rating. --- "It is too easy being monsters.
