I'd say so. I personally feel it's the weakest of the three Project Rainfall games (though Pandora's Tower is very hit-or-miss and only barely edges it out, in my opinion), but it's pretty solid and well worth playing.

I played it on release and thought it was very average. Don't remember specifics but I didn't really like the story/gameplay and for an rpg the game is super short (took about 20 hours to beat). But I know it recieved a ton of positive praise so I'm probably an oddity.
