Absolutely If he wanted to ask someone to investigate that there are official US channels to do so so the problem here is that trump is asking ukraine to investigate him directly, instead of directing the cia to ask them You're trying to make this difficult by feigning ignorance. Yea that is part of the problem. The biggest part of the problem is hiding it. It's not his job to ask foreign nations to investigate someone as a favor in exchange for getting the already approved funding they need to continue existing against Russian aggression. If this had gone the way Trump wanted it Ukraine would have opened an investigation and we would have had thought there was a reason for it. I'm the sort of person who believes there is a reason for everything and would have thought that it was likely Biden had done something wrong because I don't have a high impression of career politicians. By the standard you're setting here Biden did do something wrong, though... Joe's motivation was most likely that a ukrainian anti-corruption movement was politically expedient for the obama administration. I have no idea if that's supposed to be bad or not, though, because all the people who are getting mad about this use such vague, shifting criteria. Hunter biden is definitely 100% corrupt though. Honestly I think we should be investigated his appointment to the Amtrak board of directors by harry reid.
