There's a once-a-month meeting for a group I wanted to be a chairperson for. My role would literally be to take notes of these meetings. I don't know if I was selected or not because the results are going to be announced tomorrow at the meeting. So I can drive the hour and twenty minutes it takes to get there for a twenty minute meeting just to turn around... or I can just say I'm on a pass day.

What an annoying conundrum to be in >_> If I go and wasn't elected it would kind of be a waste of time though I'd still get a little bit of information. If I don't go and was selected then it would be a pretty bad start...
