The number of planets in the known universe is incomprehensible, but it's estimated that there are at least 100 billion planets in our own Galaxy alone, let alone the hundreds of trillions of Galaxies in the known Universe.

This device will target any planet anywhere in the Universe, whether they are inhabited or not, and whether they are gas giants or rocky worlds. Whatever planet is chosen is completely random; it could be a world well beyond our own Observable Universe, or it could be one of the planets in our Solar System, Earth included.

Yes, just spam it whenever I need money. The likelihood of ever touching earth is probably like winning the lottery 1000 times in a row with the number of possible planets out there.
