Maybe there are high EMF levels in your place, you should get a meter and check, some poor wiring can cause that and it can make you feel panicked, nauseous, give you headaches, and feel uneasy.

It's just a theory outside of it being psychological.

I want you to get up out of your chair. I want you to get up right now and go to the window. Open it, and stick your head out, and yell: I'M AS ANXIOUS AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO FEEL LIKE THIS ANYMORE!

There could also be something a bit more "legitimate" like high CO, mold, or even bed bugs. If you feel something is off definitely run down the list checking a few things out.

Why do you put "legitimate" in quotations like an electromagnetic field isn't a real thing?

"Some members of the public have attributed a diffuse collection of symptoms to low levels of exposure to electromagnetic fields at home. Reported symptoms include headaches, anxiety, suicide and depression, nausea, fatigue and loss of libido."

There's a ton of information online and it's a common occurrence.

I actually tend to feel pretty low energy and frequently nauseous when I'm home too much. Wonder if I'm having some of the suggested problems.

Guys, EMF isn't "paranormal"

Some of those nut jobs try to associate it in hauntings or whatever, but an EMF leak in wiring is very common and has nothing to do with the paranormal, or ghosts. I wasn't even considering this when I initially posted it.

There is such thing as an EMF meter because it's used to detect unsafe levels in homes and buildings.

Fair enough, lol. I was just meaning my initial intent wasn't to say your place is haunted or anything. I thought this was a more common thing but considering your background i'm now questioning the legitimacy of it for sure.

cat is easier to take care of if you're out and about alot they can almost take care of themselves if you leave a clean litter box, food/water.

though dogs you get more out of with activity's though more dependent on humans.
best part is being greeted when you get home. dog is happy to see you.

And yes there are cats with dog attributes. My cat, is a bit of a dog cat.

Mine used to fetch, but now he's kinda over it. He's on to the laser pen at this point.

Also, side note: I just got shook down hard for treats.
Cats know how to get what they want.

I just wanted to post again to clarify that I wasn't trying to demean the suggestion or be disrespectful. I used quotation marks to try to denote that it's something that's sort of fringe science that not everyone is on board with yet. There hasn't been enough studies done or enough proper studies, but the implications are huge. Imagine if they found undeniable evidence that EMF radiation was strongly linked to cancer or neurological issues? Our entire society is built around that shit.

I do a lot of hiking, and anecdotally I can say that I feel a million times better when I'm out in the mountains and away from the city. It's like all my anxieties and depression just melt away. Not feasible for most folks to live like that though, unless you're way out in the country.
