Seriously. There's some classic stuff there and not to mention those old goofy cartoons where he'd get destroyed by his own stupidity. Popeye was great as well. I can't go as far as TC, I don't like Scooby Doo or Flintstones but Jetsons was great IMO. It took stuff from the Flintstones but was actually good.

Just because it's whack doesn't mean it isn't well done.
Looney Tunes had some amazing voice actors, the animation was iconic, and the characters became cultural icons.

But the humor is insanely lame in all these cartoons, and I don't think they hold up whatsoever.
Even as a kid I thought they were all pretty lame -- and I liked stuff like GARFIELD

I was born in '86. The majority of stuff I grew up on was early '90s.
TMNT, Garfield and Friends, Megaman, Mutant League, Simpsons, Beavis and Butthead, Duckman, The Critic, etc.

Looney Tunes cartoons have dated better than stuff that came out tomorrow, Tex Avery's best stuff is even better, black and white Fleischer bros stuff is cool as fuck, and Rocky and Bullwinkle crashed the fourth wall so hard that the fifth wall still needs repairs.

UPA cartoons are also still fantastic. Their adaptation of The Telltale Heart is still better than most live action horror movies and its a 7-8 minute short.
