is having the driving wheel on the right side of a car. not sure if anyone has driven a vehicle where the wheel is on that side, but it is much better than having it on the left.

Then the driver's seat will be outside the right side door and the gas and brake will be replaced with whip and rein respectively.

Or JDM, or Australian. Basically anything capable.

Shifting with off-hand, presumably.

Ive driven two RHD FD3S and I dont find shifting in them any different than shifting with my good hand. Left turns are harder to make as is passing in oncoming-traffic but thats about it.

Still no, because cars in the UK never have had the steering wheel on the same side as it is on the Continent.

That's only because you're driving a UK built car on roads not in the UK. They drive on the opposite side there as well, so for them it's totally natural.

Very little worth caring about.

And since almost the entire world that isn't the UK, British Commonwealth nations, or Japan drive on the right-hand side, driving on the left side has two major drawbacks - 1) once you're used to it you're going to be "wrong" in most countries, and 2) you're going to have a harder time finding cars built for you.

And that may even get worse as time passes, as a lot of countries that used to be left-side have switched to right-side driving over the past 100 years or so. So if that trend continues, there'll be fewer and fewer left-side nations to rely on.

Personally, I prefer right-side if only because it was enacted to make it harder to stab oncoming wagon drivers with your sword. This is an important safety consideration!
