adjl 10/27/19 2:23:39 PM #31:	Really, successful lawsuits against government agencies should have the funds garnisheed from the salaries of whoever's running the agency that's responsible (or in a case like this, directly from DeVos, which would include any other sources of income she has because garnishees have that kind of power), rather than coming out of stuff taxes are supposed to be funding.
