No montages, or music over the work. Doesn't matter what it is. I find it all interesting. I normally do RCs but There is only so many RCs a channel can buy ;/

No music, no talking, just a dude going into a forest and building stuff from scratch.

Lazy Game Reviews (LGR) has a bunch of videos where he builds and repairs old computers. He puts public access jazz over it, but the volume is usually kept pretty low and is just some background noise while he discusses what he is doing.

just found this guy, he's a mason/general handyman and also a part time stand-up comedian. he's pretty poor and lived out of an RV with his two teenage kids, but just bought a house that was built in something like 1913, and is fixing it up.

(there's some music occasionally to make it less boring; generally these are much more entertaining videos than you might expect from some random guy doing fixit work)
