I feel like it's a combination of that, and that even the mods have been worn down and broken by his never-ending relentless mental illness that drives him to post this shit in the same way some people do outsider art or suffer from logorrhea and graphorrhea. Back in the day he used to get modded, suspended, or outright banned fairly frequently. One of the many cases that tend to make me laugh when people whine about how much worse the mods are today than they used to be.
