The Maywood idiot was charged after an autopsy of 19 y/o Francis Victoria Garcia from Bloomingdale was found dead in a car that was parked in a detached parking lot at a high rise in Hackensack, the day after Halloween She was saidto have been attending a loud Halloween Party on the 14th floor and left with a young man who has since been identified as Gaffney A 911 call was made at 2:14am as first responders found her unresponsive and transported her to hospital where she was pronounced dead. Police interviewed Gaffney who told them that Victoria lost consciousness while they were having rough sex on the garage's top level and that they had taken prescription medication prior to the incident An autopsy was done to determine if she died fromthe rough sex in the car or the drug overdose but either way it was suspicious and she died indeed from the sex as she had several bruises on her neck!! Really not sure what's meant by that. If it's just erotic asphyxiation, I wouldn't call that "rough sex" in and of itself, although the act is inherently stupid given the known dangers (as is abusing prescription drugs)
