More like B or A tier. Idaho is a whole lot of nothing, same with Iowa. Knock them down a few tiers. Maryland and India both suck too., Louisiana should move up to A tier for the culture, people, and food. New Mexico is rated too high, move them down to C. Ohio should be D tier, if not F tier. North Carolina and Tennessee are rated too low as well. Much better than Oklahoma and Nebraska which are boring as hell.
