...the truth is, I do want to continue helping the Red Mages. And swordz is a great guy so I'd be happy to help Lightning as well. (I like her anyway; I just don't particularly love her games.) But we're at the top 5 now and times are tough. I don't want my legacy this year to be "The King Who Ran." Joining super late is bad enough but flip-flopping around is worse!

That said, I am certainly not leading any charges this year and I'm mostly just interested in helping friends. I've got friends saving each of these remaining characters but I'll be glad to assist you guys again. Expect some Red Mage support at least.

For a lot of people who have never witnessed a top 5 placement for one character they support, plenty of people will look at 2 characters making the top 5 in a light that's been suggested.

In fairness this is RM's first top 5 and technically speaking me and Swordz are just maining our main person and hoping it works out.

The Expanse is my favorite thing to come from that network in a full decade or more, actually, but Amazon snatched it from the jaws of cancellation. Only thing left on there is The Magicians.

Gotcha, guys. That's a bit of a shame -- FFXV is definitely flawed but it's got some radness to it to be sure. I'm kind of already thinking I like XIV more despite my aversion to MMOs, but I think XV could use more love here!

its all because of lightning, thank you, lightning, i never thought i'd say these words but a two man power trip really did work

(he says this with a smile, his aching heart. to admit that the nefarious lightning, "claire farron" you could say, archnemesis for over a half decade, is key to this run........it makes him cry inside.)

to some it might be considered jolly cooperation, quite frankly, i haven't cooperated. i am a lone wolf. i ply my trades of wolves and sheeps at night (trading them), during the day i am but a humble balloon maker.

(it deadens my heart really knowing that sir chris takes all the credit, but it's true, he's the best. i only got red mage to 12th place, even though i sacced him for stupid cid pollendina! teaches me right: i should care about myself first.)

so i say, "wow cheers" to this whole two man power trip of swordz and swordz trading for red mage or lightning, a guffaw he admits to the empty room. the unsung, the unheralded, and the down trotted

(i cannot believe i'd ever say 'great job lightning' for making a top 5. i mean, she always makes it. surely, swordz just has a cult of personality!)

a hearty paragraphed to be devoted to those indentured by puffy: you know who you are (but beyond all else, myself, a slave to habit, to tradition, because nothing entertains me more than i hate lopen pushing puffy every year). i hope these salutations finds everyone.

I've heard, but considering that happened when he died right after a person told me he was getting Seymour for free and never did, then yeah, wasn't much in the mood for replying or commenting at the time. A year is a long time away. I hope it goes well.
