This is the ultimate fucked part about this whole mess. We got one person who just got exposed to the entire nation as a racist who got dragged to the hospital for MAJOR injuries and another person who just got exposed to the nation for having major anger issues who got dragged to jail on felony / assault charges, and this huge clusterfuck of a situation was over 13 dollars and 11 cents worth of very mediocre at best food from a 2nd rate KFC fast food style place. What the fuck....

according to yahoo, she went back to dispute a charge.

The personnel called her a broke ass c-word (racial c) and she called them broke ass n-word (racial) and then the guy went full WWE on her.

Apparently this woman's son is a State Trooper, which is why she made a comment about her family being "Law Enforcement"

hmm. She STILL doesn't deserve what happened to her.

But now this makes me wonder whether she and her family (son included) use the n-word regularly and do and say racists things (especially the son) and that's why she acted how she acted.

Again, the slammer was obviously in the wrong and deserves years in jail, don't get me wrong.

I'm not justifying anything, I was just updating this story with new new facts and the pic of her in the hospital.

My guess is they probably used various names and slurs against each other and the employee just lost it when she finally left..

Lol, stop. Not only does your scenario presuppose that she not only hurled a racist slur, but that she also did it twice, and that those actions (if they even happened) warranted an attack that could have killed her. That's silly, especially when we consider the attack happened outside the establishment.

1st, I never said it warrented attacking her. I clearly said they were both in the wrong so unbunch your panties and read what people write before you start arguing stupid shit no one said.

2nd, people in the restaurant on the first video said she called someone a name I cant repeat here. My guess that she probably did it again which escalated things more was as I said a, guess. But I have no reason to believe the bystanders in the video are just lying about the first one just cause it happened before they started filming

3rd the altercation clearly began inside. He carried her outside and then slammed her, which once again for clarification makes him a piece of shit regardless of what she said.

No, it wasn't over a sandwich. It was over a $13 chicken, biscuit, and corn meal that she got charged twice for. She paid with her card and didn't notice the double charge until she got home.

Bullshit. You equated their actions when you linked her words, whatever they might have been, to the male suspect nearly killing her. You didn't single him out as a criminal in the wrong and her as the victim; you literally called them both "trash human beings" and basically ended it there. Don't backpedal. And if you need more reason to view his actions as far more egregious, watch the video's beginning again. Seriously, watch it again. The woman was already outside the establishment, walking away, then she is struck from behind and lifted up.

I agree he shouldn't have attacked her obviously and deserves punishment but I'm not exactly on board with the rhetoric driving racial entrapment and having to force to control how a black person should feel about it. It's an entirely different situation when a racist instigates, especially towards a marginalized group who has been oppressed historically by that racist's people. The obvious right thing to do is to walk away, but demonizing the guy and controlling the rhetoric "NOPE DOESN'T MATTER THROW AWAY THE KEY" is just toxic af because like I said, these situations are racial entrapment.
