The guy wasnt cooperating at all though. He couldve put the sandwich away, thrown it away, or simply walked back down to where its acceptable to eat. But he continued to be a dick.

You cant honestly say that he was just lightly talking back. He was flat out refusing police orders, which were quite reasonable.

I mean what would you do if you went to the movies with snacks and were told that outside food wasnt allowed? Would you just tell them so what? and walk in anyway?

You cant eat in some places, yes. You seem like you would argue against those signs that say Keep off the grass with something like Its against the rules to walk in public? when you know full well that the problem isnt the act itself, but the location.

No, because that rule is well established and actually makes sense. Their business loses money from outside food being brought in. I'd be like "damn, alright" and admit defeat. This however, is a nonsensical rule that is in place because lazy people don't want to pick it up. And when your rules always form around the worst examples, you end up in a playpen being treated like a child for others mistakes

Also, I do think it's funny when the guy being arrest-detained goes on about people eating breakfast food there, and say basically..They're eating this and that, "and drink coffee, and all that"
