How does rule 6 interact with trades? If a character has been used every week before getting traded does the new player have to sit the character out for three weeks?

If the trade comes in after week 3, two sit-outs. If it comes after week 6, 1 sit-out. Week 9 or 10, none.

Well, popularity would still factor in then which is why Wolvie is #1. He's strong, but definitely not the strongest.
