They changed "Bond Girl" to "Bond Women" years ago. It's silly, but it is what it is.

I hate to say it, but when it comes to being overly cautious or working overly hard to make up for past treatment of women, the 007 series has more to make up for than any mainstream series. Bond slapping a woman on the ass and dismissing her with the line, "Man talk." Bond asking why Chinese women taste different from other women. Tiger Tanaka telling Bond that, in Japan, men always come first.

Oh, and then there is that time he forced himself on a lesbian and turned her heterosexual. Can't forget that one.

Man. What a fucking hero.

Brosnan was the best Bond. He had the best look and mannerisms and he just felt the most like Bond. He fit well with both the serious stuff and the campy stuff

I liked when Bond was about to fuck a girl, then another girl came in the room so Bond locked the first girl in the closet all night to fuck the second girl.

He ended up fucking the original girl later on.

Making a woke Bond film is the worst idea I have heard in a long time but dont take my word for it, look at all the box office bombs that prove go woke go broke is no joke.

I wonder if theyre going to redo the Blofeld arc. I mean, they already fucked it up by making them brothers, but it would be pretty interesting to see Craigs Bond out for revenge.

The best plan would be a complete restart of the franchise, and do the Fleming novels in order, with minimal rewriting.

Set them in the 1950s, archaic misogyny and all, and just see how the first two or three work out.

This is what I'd like. While I'm a big fan of the Fleming novels, some things would need to change just because of the change in media. The Spy Who Loved Me wouldn't be a good movie. I'd still hope they'd be as close to the books as possible though. I think a TV series would be better than movies because you can expand upon them and have time to make them closer to the books. Even if they just do original stories, setting them back in the Cold War 50's/60's would still be the best way to go.

LALD has its problems, but I still like it though it's not exactly in my top 10.
