Also, I don't want a first contact war game or a prequel. I hate that shit. I want MORE sci-fi stuff, don't downgrade. On top of that, people will complain regardless because doubt they'd go back to the overheating guns and then it just wouldn't make sense storywise.

Nothing about going from overheating guns to guns that consume large quantities of bullets make sense and them fucking up the timeline of when the galaxy as a whole decided to make that change will add about 0.001% of overall senselessness to the whole business.

Theyre never going to recapture the magic of the original trilogy, but I loved all the worlds and lore so I hope they go back to that. Dont really care how they do it as long as its not a prequel
