Depends on the game
in FPS and certain faster games I can notice it and it's the only reason I'm getting a laptop to actually play at 60FPS on But for certain games I don't care. Some games look just fine at 30FPS like Far Cry 5 seems fine to me at 30 FPS but Dark Souls is just torture at that slow rate --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

tl;dr: seems like 150 is that cap at which we can tell (on average), but the eye can physically pick up much more than that, up to 1000 frames a second. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
