First thing on the official Star Wars FB page is concept art from Episode 2, first of which being the picture of Mando holding Baby Yoda from the credits.

It's part of official promotions and is thus not a spoiler. Everyone whining can shut the fuck up and deal.

I don't think "It was used in promos' it's not a spoiler!" is a good take. Not only do some of these show up before a reasonable grace period, but.... trailers tend to be spoilerly.

Like if Romeo and Juliet was made today, there's a 90% chance the trailer would have a scene of Romeo crying over Juliet's body or something. Which would absolutely be a spoiler if it was a new story and not something that passed the grace period before our parents were born.

Ultimately it's hard to avoid spoilers because the internet is the internet. I mean, how many days(hours?) did it take before "I don't feel so good" memes started showing up? Which is a pretty big fucking spoiler. We should still try to show some sort of courtesy though.

Eh, people treat spoilers differently. Just look at Game of Thrones. The subject of spoilers is just, well, subjective. For every person who doesn't care, there's someone who does.

Not something I want to envision.

But before the fall of the "Old Republic". There was plenty of time for Yoda and Yaddle to "Get it ON!".

And we don't know where Yaddle is or was when Order 66 occured.

And George Lucas literally has a contractual clause with Disney when he sold the rights of Star Wars, to "Never Ever reveal the species name of Yoda's species" for some damn reason.

Literally blame George Lucas for forcing that mystery to be on going.

I concur with the canon name for Yoda's species issue.

What equivalent Human Child age of development do you think "The Child" is at for being about 50/900 human years?

It can see, it can move, it can climb out of it's own bassinet, it can grasp and chew on things.
