@CyricZ my friend please get off your high horse. South Park in it's own way has been one of the most progressive adult animated comedies. The whole point of this episode that we should not just accept it 100% and that there are some people out there who do it purely for attention, and that is okay to call them out for it.

Rachel frankly had no idea what she was talking about here.

Isn't the twist that he isn't really trans and is pissed off at Strong Woman for breaking up with him? Like yeah I understand that Trans were still the butt end of the joke, but in that context it's really not that bad.

The issue is that the episode recognizes that it's a difficult subject that requires nuance and maybe we shouldn't jump to calling anyone with a dissenting opinion a transphobe...

...but the plot revolves around a man who's just trying to get an easy win/getting revenge on a woman, which is the most transphobic take on this subject. The episode calls for nuance without actually giving any.

I feel like this was another situation where people didn't watch the whole episode and just hop into an echo chamber.

Transwomen should not be competing against biological women in any physical sport. They have advantages that are just flat out unfair. And no, they don't have to win every time for that to be evident and no, nobody is transphobic for recognizing it.

Using it as a means to hate on transgendered individuals is one thing; but calling out the unfair advantages is 100% justified.

wouldn't a joke on someone's insane, nonsensical fear have the frightened person--ie the transphobe--as the butt of the joke?
