Which one should it be? Been stuck with a 360 for a long time. But i finally upgraded to the x-box one. So what is a must have game right now? Debating on Monster Hunter World or Skyrim.

Skyrim is vastly better than Monster Hunter, especially considering MH is basically impossible solo, and I have no idea why anyone would ever in good faith suggest otherwise.

Get Monster Hunter. You can play Skyrim on a superior product.
