Problem: Referees refuse to referee the game.
Solution: Get three off-ice officials who can barely skate to referee the game.

Problem: We have no goalkeepers left on our roster! They are all injured!
Solution: *Signs a full-time accountant to be the goalie*

Problem: One of our goalies are hurt, we need a backup to dress for the next game.
Solution: *Gives the locker room attendant a uniform, skates, trapper, pads, and a mask and has him be the backup.*

Problem: There is a giant brawl on the ice and they wont stop? How do we control this?!
Solution: *Shuts off stadium lights*
