I wouldn't recommend VIIR though, simply because the story won't be complete and it'll be a decade if not more before it is. We know that the story of this game will effectively be 1/4 of the first disc in representation of the overall world, but we have no idea how condensed it's going to be and what they're going to expand on. Hopefully it won't have a bunch of needless fluff. I mean, you could go from the train at the first reactor to outside midgar in about 5 hours. This first game is supposed to comprise entirely of midgar. If you decide to start with 9, get the PC version youll thank me later. avoid the remake until its finished.
