@ESY16 Weird, not sure how that happened since I haven't edited the settings in a long time. I've changed it back so admins/mods can invite. It used to be open invite a long time ago but we started getting a lot of weird users that were sending phishing/scam links to other members.

I've tried a few times today to get my gifts for my Secret Receiver and keep getting an error during the purchase. I sent in a report, but just want to report in about these issues in case I don't get them resolved before Christmas, it's not that I flaked out. I do promise to get my gifts out as soon as Steam actually lets me send them out.

For info on error that I keep getting: "An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed.
Please contact Steam Support."

Have you tried purchasing them through a different method, such as if you tried through desktop client, try with mobile client or browser?

All three have given me the same error. It is possibly an issue with Steam Wallets, which would really suck, but for now I'll just wait to see if a support reply comes before the end of tomorrow.

Is it the anti-fraud measurement thing they do? It's pretty common during thier sales.

It doesn't seem to show me any of that, and it's not sending me anything in regards to Steam Authenticator. I still haven't received a reply to my support message either.

... It's something wrong with Steam Wallet funds. I just decided to use my card and it sent just fine.

Oh wow, didn't know it was your favorite of all time. I personally haven't played it, I was thinking of trying it through my usual means, but I feel like it's not the game I'd stick onto without an audience, so I pitched the idea of playing it on the board but didn't really get a response during the "B8 favorite games" thing.

I poked my head on Steam mobile to check if my Santa gifts came in and saw a total of 8 things and nearly did a spittake of the water I was drinking. Thank you @LOLIAmAnAlt .

He mostly went off my wishlist, but tapped somewhat into it for some interests. I'm not normally the biggest bullet hell person, but I'm learning to enjoy at least a few.

@Korayashi this is what I have for this year. Secret Santa on the left, gift recipient on the right, and the games the former gifted the latter in parentheses. I think the only thing unaccounted voltch's giftee and gifts. I didn't look too hard, but I think greengravy (Bossman Coolguy) is it by process of elimination. voltch was one of the earliest people to mention that all gifts were sent out, so I'm assuming this is another successful year of B8 Steam Secret Santa!
