I have not found this goof mentioned during my search of Google and various movie goof websites. When William Sadler's character Stuart is doing Tai Chi naked at the beginning of the movie, he looks at his watch before the scene ends. If you look in the mirror next to him when he looks at his watch you can see pubes and his dickhead. Strange goof, no idea why I spotted it.

That was just an artistic way of showing that he was nude.

if they filmed him truly without clothes then I don't think you can say it wasn't meant to be seen. That's like having an actor not wear pants in a headshot because you wont see below the waist
