Middle hope 12/06/19 5:35:36 AM #7:	Fatal Frame 2 was. That being said, Remake 2 is probably the scariest in the series. The atmosphere of the police station is intense, and the enemies are the toughest we've seen so far, and they come at you several at a time. They also like to play dead and sneak attack you if you dont pay attention. I just feel like FF2 has noticeably worse enemy design. Even the returning types: FF2's broken neck girl is a joke for example. It doesn't have a Long Arms from FF1 or crawlspace ghost from 3. FF2 is great for other reasons. Story, setting, level design and pacing.
