I saw neither , thought the 2 original verhoeven movies were awesome though. Didn't see the need for a remake and i don't think verhoeven was involved in either one either.

Total recall was looong and boring.

Robo cop wasnt nearly as good as 1, about as good as 2, and much better than 3.

yeah from the looks of them they did look like garbo, so why did they make inferior remakes?

I saw the Total Recall remake and I'm pretty sure I also saw the Schwarzenegger one a long time ago, but don't remember the OG too much. Pretty sure the OG is better

Robocop wasn't really even a bad movie. It's just a bad Robocop movie.
It almost seems like the script started as something else, then was executive-meddled into becoming a robocop film.

Saw Total Remake. Terminator Kate Beckinsale was the best part.

I saw both. Don't remember total recall at all. Remember thinking it was boring and forgettable. Guess I was right

RoboCop was ok. I'd give it a 6/10. Enjoyable for what it was I guess

Neither was anywhere near the original

I haven't seen either. I might have seen Robocop if not for the weird idea to leave one of his hands human. It really threw off the whole design of him.

There's probably a decent reason, but I don't remember that it was ever explained.
The 'messing with his brain' bits were interesting, but they never really went where they could have gone, and the asspull ending was, well, an asspull.

Total Recall was pig slop and I didn't bother with Robocop after the Total Recall abortion.

If you made through Total Recall, may as well give Robocop a go.
It's not even as bad as Ghostbusters.

Total recall just wasn't very good.

Robocop was an entirely reasonable standalone movie, albeit missing a lot of the underlying themes of the original about the dangers of privatization and gentrification.

RoboCop wasn't too bad. I enjoyed the weirdly placed Jay Baruchel and Keaton was psychotically pretty good.

I couldn't finish Total Recall. I did later on, but shit was kind of boring and Cranston couldn't save it at all. The original was way better.
