I haven't been to one in years. Thought about going to anytime fitness. I work overnights. So working out after work seems the best bet. How should i add weights to my workout?

I usually do cardio at the house and walk for two hours after. Do my normal workout then the weights the day after?

Yeah, you can have a day for cardio then lift the next day. As long as you feel like you have enough energy and youre not doing 6+ miles on cardio day, you should be fine.
