If I went insane I wouldn't care anymore, and if I didn't I'm sure it would give me an interesting outlook on life.

Nope. Some I could take but the ones that aren't immediate deaths would be scarring.

Like getting chainsawed in half from gears. Or those mk fatalities where you would be in constant terror before the end.

Dino deaths in Turok
And the many brutal deaths in the elder scrolls, hell even in shadowgate for nes, I'm not burning alive or impaling myself with a sword.

Let's see, some of the worst deaths I can remember off the top of my head.

• Being eaten alive whole in several games. Though it just blacks out immediately, so maybe I don't have to go through digestion?
• Burning alive
• Being ripped into and worn by a monster in Eternal Darkness.
• Tons of bludgeoning, stabbing, ripping, and gunshot deaths.
• Any MK game where you live through most of it somehow until the end.

Then there's the weird stuff like falling down pits or being touched by an enemy.

Since video game characters don't have real brains and nerve endings, will the deaths be painless?

• Drowning as Sonic
• Burning alive in Lava in Minecraft. Being shot by arrows to death. Falling to death.
• All my CoD deaths (knifed, shot to death, literally a nuclear explosion)
• Exploding into many pieces in Megaman
• All my Goldeneye Deaths
• All my Mario deaths. Falling off platforms, hitting spikes, drowning, burning to death, etc
• Being part of a Motorcycle explosion (Road Rash)
• RE2 being eaten alive by zombies, cerberus', tyrants, etc
• RE4 taking a claw thru the face by a garrador; then the gut. Decapitated by Chainsaw multiple times.
• Killed by Mr.X and Nemesis
• Being eaten alive by a bird in FFIX
• Being killed by Ruby Weapon a million times
• Literally being crushed by a giant in FF6
• Being squished to death on moving platforms (Mario, Sonic, multiple other games)
• Running out of time (I wonder what that's like...a heart attack?)
• Jumping off the tallest building in the GTA series for the hell of it.
• Flying from an accident in GTA
• Airplane crashes

I would be there for what would feel like years because of how many mistakes I've made. I wouldn't be able to spend any money when I'm too busy being crazy in some padded room about how many times I fell down a pit and broke every bone in my body ALONE.

When I was a little kid playing games, I didn't want to stop playing until I saw the Game Over screen

So if I got tired of playing, I'd intentionally suicide my characters over and over until I was out of lives

Two of my favorite ways to do this were drowning in Super Mario 64 and jumping into the lava pit in Banjo Kazooie

I wouldn't take this deal just because of those two games, let alone my thousands of deaths in other games

im more horrified of the deaths I encountered playing centipede than any other game.

I dunno, I've had a few Sims starve to death or catch on fire, I've had a drowning heee and there, and I've died probably dozens of times to electric torture in MGS1/PW but most of my video game deaths have involved suddenly falling ragdoll, shrugging and jumping off the screen or taking at most like three seconds to fall to the ground so I can't imagine any experienced pain has particular longevity.

Sure, I'll take it.
