Yeah chester was actually a really good singer. He also had a pretty good 'scream' or whatever you call it. Just an all around good vocalist.

Chester had a stint singing with Stone Temple Pilots too. Him and Chris Cornell are the two musicians who's passing actually impacted me. Chester was a double whammy too because there's some evidence IIRC that his suicide was influenced by the guy he looked up to, again Chris Cornell, committing suicide.

Nah, they were legitimately talented dudes. It was just their subject manner that made them ripe for memes and parodies. Nonetheless, they defined a generation. I tried so hard
