My bad again; I was spending some time with my family, and I let this slip to the back of my mind.

RULES:
1. Vote for the character you like more. That's it.
2. Each user gets one vote per match (no alts). These are one-on-ones, after all.
3. Rounds last exactly 24 hours from the opening post and any votes thereafter will be disregarded.
4. I (Metalmind) will post a new match daily at about 6 PM PT, excepting brief scheduled breaks for Thanksgiving and one day where I have a prior commitment.
5. The users who nominated each character will be kept hidden, as votes are for characters, not users. Users are forbidden from rallying, including posting additional propaganda that is not already in this opening post, as this can give their character an unfair advantage.
6. You are allowed, and in fact encouraged, to vote for the character you nominated. Or don't if you truly prefer their opponent, I'm not your boss!

Hi! I'm Mary, but all of my friends call me Bloody Mary, hehe! I can't believe Halloween is almost here again. Ahhh, what a wonderful season, watching your favorite horror movies, seeing the color of the leaves change, PERFORMING BLACK MAGIC RITUALS ON UNSUSPECTING SOULS. Oh.... I'm sorry.... i didn't mean to get tense with you hehe. Don't be frightened. I'm sweet, I promise you hehe. Take a seat, I will show you some of my magic. Oh, I'm just sure you'll love it! My parents gave my show a standing ovation, ya know. BUT THEY DON'T DO MUCH OF ANYTHING ANYMORE. Oh, shucks, there I go again. Oh, I can be such a bother, can't I! Come in close, don't be afraid. Bloody Mary will make sure you are very comfortable amongst my pets. Touch the cold steel of my dagger, the hard-leather of my special book, AND DON'T YOU EVER ATTEMPT TO LEAVE ME!!!!!!!

Bloody Mary, real name Mary Holden, is a 19-year old American woman, adept in technological dark arts that combines magical theatrics with twisted variations of biotic and caduceus technology stolen from Mercy's research. She keeps her tech in a leather-bound spellbook, giving the illusion of real black magic as she summons creatures around her and drains health from enemies. When she was young, Mary had a huge passion for horror movies and would watch Junkenstein's Revenge on repeat around Halloween time. The portrayal of the Witch in particular inspired her pursuit of the dark arts. However, she also has a split-personality and was a troubled teen, often hurting her classmates in an escalating manner, until she eventually stabbed both a rival classmate and boy who Mary had a crush on but resented for not going out with her. Mary's parents tried institutionalizing her, but she stabbed her parents too and fled. Tired, conflicted, hungry, and desperate, Mary had a chance encounter with the infamous thief Sombra. Mary told Sombra about her past, and in exchange for helping Mary get the tools needed to become the dark sorcerer she dreamed of, Mary became a proxy agent for Sombra and used her threatening split-personality and new tech to become a forced to be reckoned with. Despite this, there's still a part of Mary that resents what's she's become, as she struggles between the sweet and sour sides of her personality.

Oh hello! My name is Talirah Isiset. PRINCESS Talirah- err...perhaps QUEEN Talirah Isiset? That is silly. You may call me Tali, because we are friends now and my friends call me Tali. Or Sekhmet. But that one is a secret. My secret identity. But again, very big secret. You are not supposed to tell people who you are if you have a secret identity. But yes, my life is hard to explain, but what I have pieced together is that I lived thousands of years ago, and then one day I awoke in this city with no memory of myself.
