There are 2 extra clicks necessary. Instead of just clicking Attach, it's instead put into a category that says Include, so you click Include and then attach.

That's not the really annoying part though. The really bad part is after you attach it and then you start typing, your cursor hasn't gone back to the message, so your typing isn't going anywhere. You have to click inside the body of the message again to get it back to the letters. Every fucking time I start typing again as I always did and then I realize my words aren't showing up.

I've been using Outlook for work for like 8 years at this point. This change happened in the past week or two. Total bullshit.

I hate the new Outlook.

Instead of right click -> Delete, we now have an instant delete button right next to the flag/checkmark icon. This makes accidentally deleting things A LOT EASIER. Also, you cannot double click the flag icon to get the check mark, now. You have to click it once, wait for a moment, then click it again. You used to be able to quickly double click them. If you try that now, you risk opening up the email in a new window.

Wait, you right click to delete things? Why wouldn't you just click delete on your keyboard...

That seems like it would be more useful if I was deleting several items which I pretty much never do (several items while scanning what's in the email).

I rarely delete anything anyway. I keep pretty much everything that isn't junk because it gives me that record of what was requested in the past. You have no idea how many times people will respond to an email from mine like over a year ago and they expect me to know what the hell they're talking about.

It's 2016 that we're on. I mean a new update that just happened to it. Version 1911 apparently.

I "delete" everything but it's all still there in my deleted folder. I can search for things from years ago and they still come up.
