Alright guys, the amount of crap going on in the world these past 24 hours is starting to astonish me. First, Camila Cabello was exposed by a Twitter user for having extremely racist and xenophobic content on her old Tumblr page. Then, people dragged J.K. Rowling, author of THE Harry Potter series, for sympathizing with a transphobe. And now, Kim Kardashian sparked outrage because shes out here posing in what some say looks like blackface...again. (*sigh*) What the heck is going on?!? Today, Kim shared a holiday-glam photo shoot that she did with 7Hollywood. If you hadnt heard of it before, dont worryI didnt either until this mess! 7Hollywood, according to their Instagram page, is an L.A.-based biannual fashion, celebrity, and art magazine distributed worldwide. The shoot they did with Kim was supposed to be Elizabeth Taylorthemed, but people who saw it felt, well, differently. Yea when i came in here i just expected the typical spray tan bull shit but....that doesn't even look like her. like they manipulated her face and gave her features she doesn't normally have to make her look a certain way....that's just weird.

Dude on twitter does have a point. Given the political activist she portrays herself as, I'm sure she's socially aware enough to understand how people feel about this. Her family's media Empire is built entirely around exposure. She's an activist as long as it gets her attention, and I'm sure even this was a very carefully calculated maneuver to get just enough outrage to spread her name all over the place but not quite enough to damage her brand permanently.
