I'm graduating university this spring and was just offered a job that makes around $90,000 that I'll be starting in July (yay!). Thing is, to move to a new apartment and all will be very expensive and I'm hoping that we won't immediately be kicked off of benefits (I take care of my dad who is 75 and has no income, just the benefits. I plan on living with him until he dies since he doesn't have much longer to live anyway) once I begin working the new job since the apartment we're in now has a $1400 rent (it is NOT worth that much, it's basically a slum but the government pays a lot towards it, that's unfortunately how these programs seem to work). I won't be able to afford the $1400 rent if we immediately get kicked off..

I know CE has a few disabled people who started working again, so I was wondering what the circumstances were like.
