My area, despite having some blight that's gradually being removed, isn't all that bad. Plus, I'm pretty close to downtown, too, so that helps. Both were pretty good. It's really nice up there. They drove us down to Detroit during a visit one year and holy fuck it was like driving into Aleppo.
