not really. especially if it's a great restaurant. i can eat in peace. there's been a couple times where i found a really nice place that wasn't popular and then suddenly word gets around and now i can't go there anymore.

That happens to me at Indian restaurants. One time this year, the waitress was actually talking to me the entire time. She was in her early 20s. She seemed so awesome, I should've asked for her number.

I've done it before. I get to chat with the waitresses a little longer and I asked them about it and they said being in there alone is boring as hell so they don't mind having to serve just one customer as it's at least something to do.
