The one game that really defined that year for me was Punch Out Wii. I don't know why I liked it so much. I remember having a file with a 200-0 record. I remember buying The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks at launch. I remember getting LittleBigPlanet for either my birthday or Christmas. Don't remember. I wouldn't buy my 360 for another few years at that point, but I'd already started to lose interest in my PS2. Potentially I was playing stuff like KotOR or Halo 1 and 2... Deus Ex 1 and 2, Jade Empire, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 1 and 2, X-Men Legends 1 and 2, Ultimate Alliance, Syberia 1 and 2, Still Life - all of those would have been a few years old at that point, so I might have been mostly done with them by 2009, or I might not have. Hard to say. I really don't have vivid memories of what I was playing in that period (in the same way I do later on, or what I was playing back in high school/college). That might actually have been a period when I wasn't playing many console games at all, because I had way less free time, and most of the time I did have was being invested in browser games like Kingdom of Loathing, CyberNations, and related games (CyberCitizens, Lunar Wars, Tribal Wars, AstroEmpires, etc). It had a dedicated level sharing community on its game board here. Basically most of what I was doing was getting old games like Starcraft, Fallout 1+2, Doom 3, etc working in Linux. I didn't bother getting Windows 10 until 2010 when I got invited to a PC gaming group by a co-worker. Mostly I think I was playing PS2, Gamecube, and Wii games. I do remember playing a lot of REMake, Final Fantasy XII, No More Heroes, Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, etc. --- I am a Contract Software Developer. What does that mean?
