So I tooted my own horn a bit prematurely about being good at finding strawberries now

I can NOT find the second to last strawberry in the first section of chapter 2. I have the b-side cassette and all the other strawberries but this one eludes me.

I WILL FIND IT

Yesss I took a break, came back and found it. Sneaky location but fair, unlike one bs (in my opinion) one that I only found by accidently dashing through a dream block into the ceiling at the right time. Maybe I missed a sign that wouldve tipped me off, I dunno. But that one secret led me to launching myself to my death many times to look for more secrets!

I now have all everything in chapter 2 other than the final strawberry, and the crystal heart. Im going to really try getting it on my own.

I interpret that as needing to get the heart earlier in the chapter, while Madeline is still dreaming. Lurking out of frame is obviously a clue Im just not sure where it applies. Tomorrow Ill see if I can finish chapter 2 and start chapter 3 clean up.

Dammit, I had to look up the solution for the crystal heart again. It was clever. Maybe Ill get at least one of them on my own!

I also got the last strawberry, havent had to look up locations or solutions for any of those. Chapter 2 A-Side = 100. I had exactly 200 deaths.

Yeah that crystal heart was one I had no regrets about looking up the answer for in hindsight. Would never have figured it out by myself (at least not in a reasonable time).

I havent been playing a lot lately but I havent given up on this. I just went back and found the few strawberries I was missing in the first area of chapter 3. They were a little sneaky, but it didnt take long to find them or to get them.

My new goal is to find all the strawberries and cassettes without a guide. When I have all other collectibles for a chapter, if I still havent found the crystal heart Ill probably just use a guide. Searching can be fun but my time is too limited. Im not a fan of spending a whole 30 minute/hour gaming session looking and not finding anything.
