Jojo, not even getting into the OP stands, Star Platinum and The World fuck up basically anyone. Killer Queen has no weakness and there's two of him D4C is basically unbeatable outside of dimension hacking. King Crimson would be donuting thots left and right. GER is GER lol. And if by some crazy miracle the MHA crew managed to beat most of them, they're still dealing with Made in Heaven.

And Made in Heaven speeds up the whole universe, fucking up the entire environment: the ground constantly changing, natural disasters coming and going every other minute, and a priest trying to kill you while all of that is happening.

All MHA characters are automatically at a range disadvantage, and then also have to deal with their powers being based on their physical bodily processes. A lot of stands could probably one shot the MHA cast without difficulty, even someone like Cream.

Oh shit, but WHITESNAKE could definitely take them. JoJo has its own All For One that also enables illusions and hyperspeed.

tbh the whole point of the stand is that if you're not on Pucci's shit list you're going to be fine. Even the jobros seemed to handle the environmental stuff mostly fine, they just didn't have a counter to the speed Pucci was zipping around at.

there's currently a dude with King Crimson powers and two nen beasts guarding him. it's unclear what the nen beasts do, but they look pretty terrifying

The Chimera ants wouldn't stand a chance against some of the weirder JoJo powers, but then there are people like Killua's little brother and other potentially whacky powers that might be trickier.

Ok, taking the most bs stands aside, let's look at some contenders on MHA that are actually worth anything.
Much as I love Froppy, I ain't seeing her take on even Part 1 Dio, or even...actually now that I think about it could they even take on the immortal vampires? Not to mention Pillar Men!

Ahem, but I'm thinking that the brainwashing kid, coupled with Fire/Ice kid could do some real damage. Killer Queen is good, but I don't know if he can dodge giant swathes of fire and ice.
Of course, who fights who is important.
Imagine if brainwashed says "What is that!?" about B.I.G., and it does what it did in Jojos and writes an answer. Boom, he got B.I.G. now!
Of course the crazy big boys of Jojo's make it near impossible.

In a straight out fist fight...I think Deku is pretty easily stronger, though time stop lols all over pretty much anyone.

I'm unaware how strong GER is. Is it always protecting from everything? Can it stop him from being flung into space, or would it only stop him from dying or being hurt by it?

It would prevent any action that would actively harm him, so being flung into space just wouldnt happen.

Nanika can be interacted with safely in their Alluka phase, so Valentine simply has to check enough dimensions to find an Alluka and then bring her back to the World Where Everything is Based to annihilate the two.

Tserriendich has a King Crimson-like ability where he can forecast the next ten seconds and predetermine everyone's movements. But his Nen doesn't have an answer to protective powers like Love Train and GER, or perhaps fate-related powers like Heaven's Door, Dragon's Dream, and King Crimson itself.

He doesn't really need to since he can send Sheer Heart Attack which can't be damaged by the quirk and gets stronger with heat.

IIRC Sheer Heart Attack is heat seeking, and can easily be fooled. It would probably be confused by being completely engulfed in flame. Though it may seek out his arm through the flames.
I suppose it depends on if it's direct confrontation or not.
SHA won't protect Kira, but if he's hiding it would be fairly useful.

Wonder how useful Stain would be.
Mt Lady has a strength advantage on everyone, but would be easily beaten by many like vampires or Pillar Men.

Though that one genius girl could pull a the nazis and come in with UV lights.

Sheer Heart Attack moves to higher sources of heat. I assume the hottest place is where IcyHot's emitting the flames, but I can't be sure.
And of course, in Jojolion Kira can summon and directly control an unlimited amount of them

Stain's usefulness, I imagine, depends on if his quirk can paralyze the user's stand. His Throw Knife, Catch Blood combo could disable many stand users if so, though faster stands like Star Platinum would be able to deflect weapons faster than he can throw.

Jojo characters have never fought a sort of 'behemoth'-constitution character like Mount Lady from my recollection, though her size makes her vulnerable to Soft & Wet stealing friction or Echoes III crashing her into the ground. I also imagine something like Tusk Act 2+, The Tower, Steel Ball, Cream etc still have enough physical strength to lethally wound her. Nut King Call could detach her ankles >_>
