Thatuser 01/18/20 9:29:23 AM #55:	HOA board members are usually the retired folk with nothing better to do. Law allows for regular elections so Boards can change if any resident cared to join. I used to manage HOAs professionally. When someone complained to me about a particular policy or project I said run for the Board or at least attend meetings if you don't like.
