Met James Storm and RVD at an event the other day
RVD was really chill, talked to me for about ten minutes. He's really into his comics. James Storm was a real dick for some reason. He was really rude to me and didn't want to talk. If I hadn't already bought a James Storm poster for him to sign I probably wouldn't have bothered with him after he acted really pissy after I greeted him. Probably broke some secret wrestlers code like not shaking his hand or waving with the wrong hand. I can't even read what he wrote on the poster but whatever. None, closest was years ago when I worked for NFL shop and Peyton Manning had just signed with Denver. I talked to the Denver Broncos PR director who was trying to find Manning Jerseys for Peyton's kids. Around the same time the league had switched from Reebok to Nike as their Jersey makers and there were major shortages everywhere.
I also talked to someone from TMZ when Randy Moss had just signed with Tennessee, they were following up on a minor internal shit storm another agent started by telling a customer that they weren't going to make a Titans Jersey because Moss was a flight risk. Edit, I also talked to Steve Hutchinson's aunt when he went to Tennessee. She was ordering new jerseys to be up to date. ... Copied to Clipboard!
