So I binge watched AHC's Evolution Of Evil series about some of the world's most notorious dictators and all I can say is these men were mentally deranged.

Papa Doc -Haiti - Declared himself President for life. A ruthless dictator, who used violence and voodoo to keep the citizens of Haiti in fear.

Mao Zedong - China - Starved 14 million of his own people to death during China's Great Chinese Famine between 1959 to 1961. He harbored a reign of cruelty and hatred and murdered anyone who disagreed with him.

Mussolini - Italy - Created fascism.

Hitler - German - Exterminated millions of Jewish people.

Stalin - Russia

Tojo - Japan

Saddam Hussein - Iraq

Gaddafi - Libya

Kim Jung-il - North Korea - Who personally enriched himself, strengthened his country's military might, and let his people starve.

ive done some reading on Central American warlords, drug kingpins and dictators and apparently Central America was a hotbed for such people during the 20th century. The Dominican one and his son is some good reading, he used to buy American girls cars and stuff

all I can say is these men were mentally deranged.

The mentally deranged rarely have the capacity to convince thousands of people to follow them, though.

What's even more frightening is that, for all the terrible things they were capable of, they were all more than sane enough and clever enough to manipulate tons of people into believing in them and empowering them to commit their atrocities.
