clinton faced a trial for perjury and obstruction of justice, those are crimes he was charged with.

She didn't willingly destroy the original, if she was unaware that it is the original. That's part of what makes it willingly. Though certainly most crimes don't require your knowledge, certain crimes do.

She needs to go to jail. Her way protest was disgusting and disrespectful to America, there are better ways of protesting that aren't so distasteful and don't break the law.
