HIIT treadmill is the best imo. Sprint for 30-45 seconds, rest walk for 60 seconds, repeat for about 15-20 mins and it's an easy 200-300 calories per session, 3-4x a week. Combine with IF and a calorie deficit and it burns so much fat.

Agreed, it's an extremely satisfying feeling, to get wiped out after a good workout, then you feel so much better shortly after.

Eventually I wanted to do more and I got myself a gym membership after going with a friend a couple times. Honestly, I think if I cut back on focusing on video games, everything else will fall into place.
