HIIT treadmill is the best imo. Sprint for 30-45 seconds, rest walk for 60 seconds, repeat for about 15-20 mins and it's an easy 200-300 calories per session, 3-4x a week. Combine with IF and a calorie deficit and it burns so much fat.

Running makes me feel good after 2-2.5 minutes.

Agreed, it's an extremely satisfying feeling, to get wiped out after a good workout, then you feel so much better shortly after.

I'd love a treadmill, but I'm not paying a G or however much to run in my house.

The main thing is it being at my house. I don't drive and it's dead ass winter. In the summer, I just constantly do outside activities so there's no need for one when I could actually walk to it or just go on a bike ride.

Very true. I don't get snow where I live, so weather is no factor for me. No way for you to take a bus and pack a bag to change at the gym?

You overestimated my dedication lol. I probably could if I really wanted to. I need to do something. Gaming is a dying hobby for me and it motivates bad habits.

I had trouble with dedication too, but instead of making big changes, I did small ones. I made small changes to how I ate and eliminated bad carbs and did portion control with a caloric deficit, and ordered a Maxi Climber for my home, was only $120, but I left it in my bedroom and made it a habit to go at least 3x a week for 15 minutes minimum. Eventually I wanted to do more and I got myself a gym membership after going with a friend a couple times.

You'll find the motivation too, just start small and work your way up.

Yeah man. I'm 30, so I got the information, it's more about just using it at this point. Honestly, I think if I cut back on focusing on video games, everything else will fall into place. Like how I start cleaning my house when I have nothing to play.
