How healthy is your diet?

My diet is terrible for the most part as I just eat what I want however I have been eating a bit more healthy recently. Rather than eating beef burgers all the time I have been eating veggie burgers for example. I eat my greens and potatoes often but my diet still needs work though. What about you PotD?

Well balanced, but garbage.

My typical day is like 1 vitamin shake, 1 protein shake and whatever for supper

I spend my days foraging through roughage and my nights prowling for fresh meat.

Typically, oatmeal and eggs for breakfast with a veggie and fruit smoothie for mid morning snack. Lunch is usually chicken salad sandwich. Beef jerky for mid afternoon snack. Dinner is usually rice, chicken/fish/pork, and vegetables. To avoid getting bored, I spice up my meals.

See Food diet. Prefer fried food, red meat, potatoes, gravy. Compensated for by craft beer (sometimes known as "liquid bread") absolutely jampacked with electrolytes and vitamins.

It's not traditionally healthy, I eat whatever I want, whenever I want, which includes plenty of junk food, fatty food etc, but I'm very healthy. Healthy weight, healthy cholesterol etc.

I eat plant based and I'm in the best shape in my life at 27. I never get sick anymore.

But don't worry-- I won't fucking tell you about it. (Vegan joke)

joke

Oh, the joke is that even though the vegan tells you that he or she will not tell you about it, the truth of the matter is that the vegan has only just disclosed the details of his or her diet, in addition to that of the benefits of the diet, to the person with whom he or she is conversing immediately before that vacuous assurance.

Not at all id assume. Im not going to waste my time looking into or stressing over whether or not something is healthy. If its good its good and thats all that matters.

I have a very unhealthy diet. It is mostly due to time and financial constraints. I have heard that the environment encourages us to be unhealthy.

For most breakfasts I have a bagel with some honey-infused peanut butter. It's pretty tasty and I look forward to eating it every morning

For lunch if I'm at work I typically get the a salad from the salad bar. If not I eat chicken and rice

For dinner I eat... Chicken and rice. With an assortment of greens normally

Most meals I also have a protein shake. I also usually have a banana or other fruit before a workout

I think it's healthy enough tbh. I'm sure there's room for improvement

breakfast
coffee, eggs with peppers and green onions, sometimes some bread/peanut butter

lunch
protein shake and then some sort of combo of chicken, broccoli, soup, or maybe a sandwich if I'm lazy or don't have much time

dinner
whatever I want to eat, usually some sort of pasta with a lot of veggies and sometimes meat. been into stir fry lately

if I eat again at some point in the evening, it's usually fruit and sometimes chips/junk food if I've been drinking, but I try to avoid alcohol now.
