I actually don't mind the grind so long as the killing is fun and the mobs can drop some interesting items and equipment.

What I don't like in MMOs:

• Super long ass raids on a super bosses
• Heavy P2W
• PVP heavily focused on
• Heavily relies on buffs
• Requires you to insanely pot if you get aggroed by one or two mobs even at your level

Is there any MMORPGs that don't have any of these things?

Diablo isn't truly a MMORPG, though. Would love to get back into Diablo 3 but I hear it's pretty dead and all the people who still plays it just do those torment runs. No one actually plays the plot games anymore. Can't wait for the Mobile game and Diablo 4, though. Also the only reason why Diablo 2 got as big as it did was because of all the hacking and I ain't about that kind of life.

I also dislike MMORPGs(or games in general) where if you came late to the game and missed all the events then you will forever be behind the players who started before you by a huge margin.

It's gotten better but there's still occasional hacking, but it's all concentrated in PVP modes. Also you can buy access to most of the old events

I don't want to pay a monthly subscription either. I want to buy a game and play it forever. Don't mind buying DLC and expansions if they are good, though.

FFXIV actually has all of that.
Endgame raids are purely optional, and are only ~8-10 mins per fight, and you don't have to do them back to back.
Literally no P2W in any shape - the only things you can buy w/ real money are level skips(which are not even worth it, IMO personally), or costumes/mounts(95% of which were already in the game at some point or another and provide absolutely no benefit whatsoever).
PvP is also completely 100% optional in FFXIV.
And you never have to worry about dying in FFXIV's overworld unless you are really, really, *really* bad at the game.

Honestly, I was the same way at first. But damn do you get your money's worth with FFXIV. People literally complain about there being too many quests to do, for example. The story & the music of it is absolutely phenomenal as well. If you enjoy video game music even remotely, this game is an absolute treat for the ears.

Try a free trial. If you don't get invested in it, stop playing it.
